NET & SAT should not be for the teaching staff at Technology or u may say for Engineers.
Thae r first engineers & then teachers
& doing nobel profession for the society by earning less as compared to Industry

will NET & SET decide good teacher / bad teacher or good qualification and some training will make good teachers.......I think PhD qualification is better than breaking head & wasting time in NET/SET (NET : NON Eligiblity Test!!!)

almost all teachers in most of engineering n professional colleges are really sufering from many critical issues lke lack of salaries ,leaves ,n many more..... may be unfortunatley we all were missing a right personalty who will fight out for all these issues .but certainly now i can say that we are happy to see that u (n ur group) are fighting for wellbeing of teachers which is definately a thing which should be appreciated by all teacher of professional courses of mumbai university ..
You and MUCTA's senate members have raised very good issues.so certainly we find our future is in safe hands now....
hoping for more n more good news as far as engineering teachers and there future is concern ...

शिक्षकांचे प्रश्न मांडायचा कोणीतरी प्रयत्न करीत आहे हे बघुन अत्यंत आनंद झाला. आपले अभिनंदन. आपण फक्त विद्यापीठाशी संबंधित प्रश्न सोडवायचा प्रयत्न करणार कि तंत्रनिकेतनासारख्या विद्यालयांचे प्रश्न सोडवायला मदत करणार ?
आम्हाला कोणी वाली नाही अशी आमची अवस्था आहे. आमच्यातच इतके गट आहेत की आम्हीच आमची अवस्था वाईट करुन ठेवली आहे.
तंत्रशिक्षण संचालनालयातला भ्रष्टाचार आमचा जीव घेणार अशी परिस्थिती आली आहे. यावर उतारा शोधायला आम्हाला मदत करा. अन्यथा विदर्भातल्या शेतकर्‍यासारख्या तंत्रनिकेतनातल्या शिक्षकांना आत्महत्या करायला लागतील.
आपण निसंकोच पणे तंत्रशिक्षण संचालनालयातील प्रश्न आमच्या कडे द्यावेत. आपण ते नक्कीच सोडविण्यासाठी पाठपुरावा करू.
